I reserve the right to decline any and all commission offers.

I retain the intellectual property of every commissioned work. The client has the exclusive right to use the finished product in the modes agreed upon during discussions.

Attribution is required for any and all uses of the commissioned work. This is done by listing me in your credits as Krimso and linking my Carrd (https://krimso.carrd.co/) and Twitter (https://twitter.com/krimso_73) where possible.

If the commission is canceled for whatever reason, the client forfeits any and all rights to the commissioned work.

I reserve the right to showcase any commissioned work in my portfolio, and post WIPs and previews of it on my social media, unless the client explicitly requests otherwise during discussions.

All transactions will be made through either Paypal or Stripe invoice.

A payment totaling 50% of the estimated cost is required before any work on the commission starts. The remaining amount will need to be paid in order to receive the final product.

If the client cancels their commission order before approving the initial sketch, a 50% refund of the total estimated cost is available. Any further progress will be non-refundable.

The client will not issue any chargebacks, if they do decide to cancel their commission. Issuing a chargeback after the commission has been completed will result in the client losing any rights to the commissioned work.

If I find myself unable to continue working on the client's commission due to my own circumstances, they are entitled to a full refund.

Base price: $200 for a 1:00 to 1:30 loopable BGM

Base price: $400

An additional fee (50% of the estimated cost) will be required for commercial usage (digital sales, streaming services, monetized uploads).

$250 per minute of music

An additional fee (50% of the estimated cost) will be required for commercial usage, plus revenue splits to be decided during negotiations. If you wish not to split revenues, the add-on fee will total to 100% of the estimated cost.

The expected delivery time for a finished work is between 2-6 weeks, depending on my workload at the moment and the complexity of the project. If a specific deadline must be met, let me know during the planning stage of the commission.

Any deadline shorter than 2 weeks will require an additional rush fee equal to 25% up to 50% of the total estimated cost. Any deadline shorter than 7 days will require a 100% rush fee.

After the final draft stage has been reached, the client has the right to 2 free revisions before delivery.

Any additional revisions beyond that will come with an upcharge fee of $75 per each revision.

Send your vocal takes as mono 44.1 or 48hz .WAV files, in order to guarantee the best possible quality.

Make sure to organize your files properly before sending them (ex: Main_Vocal.WAV, Harmony_1.WAV etc etc). Setting up a Google Drive folder and/or ZIP folder would be greatly appreciated.

I won't accept any vocal recording containing evident distortion/peaking, excessive background noise, hum and/or room sound (reverb).

You will have to provide your own high-quality instrumental file (16/24bit .WAV or 320kbps .MP3), unless you are commissioning me for a custom instrumental.

Solo vocalist: $80

per each additional vocalist: +20$

Solo vocalist: $100

per each additional vocalist: +30$

Any mix of a project below 2 minutes is -25% off its base price.
